A Message
from the County President

Fellow Bowlers
I look forward to my term of office with anticipation and I am
certain that with your support and with the support of my
Committee I can follow in the footsteps of my predecessors.
I am very conscious that through my nomination as President of
Pembrokeshire County Bowling Association my own Club of
Saundersfoot has also been honoured.
I have derived great enjoyment, not only from the game of bowls
itself, but also from many friendships I have made over the past
forty years. I sincerely hope that I can, in some small measure,
contribute towards the continued progress and success of Bowling
in our County.
In venturing to perform my duties as President I know I shall be
well supported by our Secretary Gerard Thomas and Treasurer
Peter Jenkins.
Unfortunately, in recent years we have not done very well in the
Championship and Senior Championship but this year I am sure
that under the guidance of team Managers John Baggot and John
Dugmore our teams will do their best to bring honour to our
County.
Finally, may you all be blessed with good health to enjoy the
game of bowls and I look forward to meeting you on the green.
